Active Lives is a 12-week supported physical activity scheme enabling individuals to access a tailored exercise programme to increase the amount of movement in their daily lives. This programme offers a range of activities and is suitable for the first-time exerciser or those that are returning after a long break.

Eat Well, Keep Well programme is suitable for anyone who wants to lose weight and understand more about the food they eat and how to develop a healthier relationship with it. As a commissioned programme there are some eligibility criteria to access this free programme. Please note that the Eat Well, Live Well is an educational programme and doesn’t contain physical activity.
